Wholesale returns are arranged after the clients request and he/she is charged with the return shipping cost unless the return is requested due to our mistake in which case we will take over the cost of the package delivery.

RETAIL

You have the right to return your order or part of the product you have purchased from eXXes fashion in cases such us:

  • You need another size or color.
  • The products are not how you expected them to be.
  • You recieved a faulty product.

Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you have purchased within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned products and this cost is determined by the courier service of your choice.

Please note that products that are purchased in discounted prices cannot be returned.

In order for your returned products to be accepted you need to take note of these requirements:

  • The products must be in their initial state, not worn and with the tag still attached.
  • In the package you send us you must include the receipt you received from us with your order.
  • The products cannot be offered as discounted or sale items.

In case you need to return a product due to our mistake in the processing of your order we will take over the shipping cost of the return as well as the cost to send the products you choose to replace it with.

How to Return a Product

1. Contact us through phone, email or our website contact form so we can discuss your issue with your order. You can request to replace a product with another one of equal or higher price or you can request for a refund. In case you want a refund please note that you will need to have an IBAN number available so we can complete your request.

Please note that the refund will needs up to 30 days to be completed.

2. Make sure the products are in their initial state, with their tags attached.

3. Please include in the package the receipt you received with the order.
