Delivery Information
- Wholesale -
As soon as you send us your order through our e-shop we weigh your order and calculate the shipping cost. After that we contact you through e-mail or phone so we can find the best delivery option for you. You can choose a transit company at this point if you’d like or else we can find one for you.
- Retail -
- Courier Delivery : We offer same day shipping with courier service Geniki Taxydromiki or ELTA courier. The shipping cost is 4€ for Greece and 15.00€ for Cyprus.
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days (up to 5 days for hard to approach places) and 7 to 10 days for Cyprus
FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping for orders over 40€ within Greece.
We also offer free shipping if you choose to pay for your order through bank transfer. (applies only for orders in Greece)
- Store Pick-up : You can pick up your order without any extra cost from our store at the addess:

International Shipping

Please note that It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. This does not include holidays and weekends.
- Retail -
Hellenic Post : We offer same day shipping and delivery within 7-10 bussiness days for international orders. The shipping cost is 10€
FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping for orders over 100€.
Shipping Delay
Your order could take longer to arrive for the follows reason:
a. A product in your order is not available
In case this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the problem and offer you every possible alternative option.
b. Incorrect Information
- In case a problem occurs while we process your order and it is impossible for us to contact you through e-mail or telephone.
- In case the contact, shipping and payment information your provided is incorrect or incomplete.
c. Events out of our control
In case of extreme weather conditions or events out of our control that will effect the schedule of shipping companies we work with.
